"There is so much to say here. We were loyal for years and felt concerned about continual increases despite zero accidents or claims. My auto payment did not go through and the next day I called to report that I had new card numbers due to credit card fraud and they charged me a fee for the missed payment by 1 day. I decided to check quotes and I learned I was paying $3,000 more a year than 2 of the other major companies for the same coverage. Three thousand dollars MORE. Run from this agent and company. Check Geico or anywhere else!"
